The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, on behalf of the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, is pleased to announce that the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) document, a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR), for the Devil’s Gate Reservoir Sediment Removal and Management Project will be posted later this month to the Project’s website at http://www.LASedimentManagement.com/DevilsGate. Another email notice will be sent when the DEIR is posted on the website.
Community participation is an integral part of the CEQA process so please join us at one of our three community meetings on this important flood risk reduction project. The community meetings will be held to present the project and DEIR during the extended 60 day review period.
