Coyotes are part of our foothill environment and may be increasing in numbers in some areas of LCF. The Pasadena Humane Society has tips on how residents can help prevent coyotes from coming into neighborhoods and what to do in the event a coyote approaches. See the link here.

For more information or assistance with problem coyotes, contact the County of Los Angeles Commission/Weights and Measures Department at (626) 575-5462 or the Pasadena Humane Society at (626) 792-7151.
