Introducing the City of La Cañada Flintridge’s planning, permitting and service request software!

The City’s planning and permitting processes are changing!  Over the last year, the City has been developing a new system to better serve our residents and clients.  This new platform, ConnectLCF, is digitalizing our processing. We are excited to announce that the system going live later this year.


When ConnectLCF goes live, the City’s processes will be different.  We will no longer accept paper applications and everything must be submitted through the ConnectLCF portal.  There will be kiosk stations at City Hall should you want to access the system in person, but there is no need to travel as you can submit online from the comfort of your home or business.  In addition, all plan checks will be done digitally and the City will now be able to process credit cards through the online portal. 

 

ConnectLCF is designed to help streamline the planning process while providing more transparency and user accessibility.  Here are just a few things you can do with the new system:

·       You will have your own user created login to access your very own dashboard.  From your dashboard, you can  see all planning applications and/or permits you have with the City.

 

·       You can apply for permits and submit planning applications online.

 

·       You can check your status online.

 

·       Submit your plans for online plan checks.
